We do not claim ownership of any thumbnail images fetched using this tool. YouTube thumbnail cover art is the intellectual property of the respective video creators and/or YouTube. Downloading cover art does not transfer copyright ownership. If you intend to use cover art commercially, you are responsible for obtaining permission from the copyright owner.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty. YTDownloader does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all thumbnail dimensions will always be available for every video.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YTDownloader or its contributors be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
